Human Embryo Carnegie Stage 14

Embryo appears as Carnegie Stage 14 from ectopic pregnancy.
  • Embryo is partially enclosed in amniotic membrane.
  • Larger cavity is chorionic space (coelom).
  • Small sac at left connected to umbilical region is the yolk sac.
  • Placental villi are visible outside chorionic membrane.
