Introduction

Printer icon

The printing option is available on every page in the left hand menu. An additional printer icon, shown on the right, has been added to some pages that may have external users wanting to print selected pages. This icon version helps with screen readers using the alternative text option.

Printing from the page menu

The option to print any page is directly available from the lefthand menu shown on all pages.

The lefthand side animation shown here gives the location of the menu items (highlighted in red) required for printing without screen formatting.

Open "Toolbox" in the lefthand menu shown on every page.
Select "Printable version" in the drop-down menu, page will now reload without screen formatting.
Select "Print" within your browser menu at the top of the screen, this option location is browser dependent.

Note - You should also have the option of either printing to paper or saving as a PDF file. PDF files can be emailed or transferred to tablets for off-line reading (see also Mobile Access).
