Early Neural Development
This animation of early neural development from week 3 onward shows the neural plate folded to a neural groove, that the fuses along its length to form the neural tube. Either end of the neural tube is the last part to close and are called the "neuropores". Closure of the human embryo neural tube occurs in week 4 (GA week 6).
