Zebrafish Primordial Germ Cell Migration

PGC migration in control zebrafish embryos by time-lapse imaging. The embryo can be seen as a crescent shape at top of movie, PGCs can be seen as strongly labelled (green) cells). Control embryo was injected with GFP-nosl 3′UTR mRNA.
