Cerebellar hypoplasia and upward rotation of the cerebellar vermis with ventricular enlargement (cystic dilation of the fourth ventricle).

Ultrasound shows a scan of the brain and ventricular spaces, showing an enlarged ventricular cavity (hydrocephalus) associated with Dandy-Walker (syndrome/malformation).
