||Adult Mouse Lymph Node - T cells within the medullary sinus.
Passive, unidirectional flow of T cells within the medullary sinus.
Movies show lymphocyte traffic through adult lymph nodes. Cells were isolated from spleens and lymph nodes of BALB/c mice.
