Human Embryo - Stage 21

ME 54 Carnegie stage 21, 22.5 mm, 8 weeks, female, frontal, (Stain - Haematoxylin Eosin)

This frontal section of the embryo cuts through the head, neck, shoulder and trunk showing the anatomical relationship of structures in the late embryo (week 8).
