This picture portrays the classic cyanotic appearance of a baby with Tetralogy of Fallot.
Two-hour-old cyanotic d-TGA + VSD, en:neonate; unpalliated, pre-operative. EKG leads on chest. This image was uploaded with the intention to use it as a photographic illustration in any applicable article on Wikipedia or any affiliated site.
