Human Pronuclear Stage Cytoplasmic LameIlae
- Cytoplasmic annulate lameIlae as seen in a section perpendicular to the surface of the membranous sheets.
- The majority of the cisternae have dilated, ampullar ends.
- Some of the lamellae join at regularly spaced intervals (arrows).
- In other lamellae, the areas of membrane adhesions are less numerous.
- This appearance is probably due to the plane of sectioning.
