Stem Cells Lab - Therapeutic Use of Stem Cells
During this practical session, general background on therapeutic potentials of Stem Cells will be introduced and a current research project being undertaken at the Neuromuscular & Regenerative Medicine Unit at the School of Medical Sciences on unraveling signaling mechanisms for Adult Stem Cell Activation and Recruitment are presented.
It will provide you with an example of a pre-clinical research project: Enhancing Stem Cell Therapy using Chemotherapeutic Drug Mediated Selection.
