Genogram Symbols
(McGoldrick-Gerson study, Lapidus Schematic, Family Diagram)
- A clinical diagram constructed to show an individual's family relationships and medical history, more detailed than a pedigree chart.
- pedigree chart - occurrence and appearance or phenotypes of a particular gene or organism and its ancestors from one generation to the next.
- Additional colour coded symbols and connectors can be used to indicate family, emotional and social relationships.
