<Flowplayer height="530" width="672" autoplay="true">Ultrasound_12wk_4D.flv‎</Flowplayer> Movie shows a 19 week fetus in 3 dimensional (3D) in realtime (hence 4D).

The beginning of the movies shows the fetus lying with head to right and lower limbs to left. The overlay shows region selected for realtime 3D scanning.

The 4D view (dorsolateral) Arrow indicates: initially head, then upper limbs, then lower limbs, then umbilical cord and finally the placenta.

The second part of movie shows fetal movements.
