Movie shows mitochondria localized to the cleavage furrow in a dividing HeLa cell.

During cell division the different cytoplasmic organelles are located at specific regions within the cytoplasm of the daughter cells. This movie shows where mitochondrial relocation during cytokinesis.

Images were acquired every 1 minute and the display rate is 3 frames / sec. Bar, 10 µm.
