VACTERL - Vertebral Defect

Last menstrual period GA was 20 weeks 5 days. Measured fetal parameters of biparietal diameter such as head circumference, humerus, ulna, and radius showed foetus corresponding to 18–19 weeks.

Hemi-vertebra noted in lumbo-sacral region of spine (arrow)
