Description

The diagram illustrates the signalling pathway taken by the transcription factor Sox10. Firstly, it bind with its partner factor Pouf3f1/2 to form a Sox-pair complex, which activates the Erg2 gene. Erg2 then serves as the second partner factor that bind together with Sox10 to express myelin genes during Schwann cell development.
