Human Oocyte Cortical Granules and Microvilli (EM)
Oocyte cortical granules (CG) and microvilli (MV).
A rim of electron-dense cortical granules (arrows) was observed just beneath the oolemma of MII oocytes. Microvilli are numerous and long on the oolemma.
