Embryo brain flexures

Rapid growth folds the neural tube forming 3 brain flexures:
- cranial (cephalic) flexure - pushes mesencephalon upwards
- pontine flexure - generates 4th ventricle
- cervical flexure - between brain stem and spinal cord
