Table similar to No. 2 illustrating the division of the menstrual cycle of the human female and its homology to the oestrus cycle of a oestrous mammal unaffected by pregnancy, modified from Heape. The chronological division of the cycle is founded on that of Milnes-Marshall, 1893. The complete cycle is shown extending from the 10th day of one lunar month to the 10th day of the next.
