VACTERL - Vertebral Defect

Last menstrual period ((GA}} was 20 weeks 5 days. Measured fetal parameters of biparietal diameter such as head circumference, humerus, ulna, and radius showed foetus corresponding to 18–19 weeks.

Hemi-vertebra at autopsy in lumbo-sacral region of spine (arrow) as noted in earlier ultrasound image.
