This section of associated information should have included a description of the figure, explanation of terms used and time course covered. You have included labelling (a,b,c,d) but nowhere in the information section, caption or project page are these explained. Source on which figure was based should have appeared in a reference sub-heading. Finally a little work with the initial figure lighting and later image brightness/contrast adjustment would have made this figure much clearer.
