Reelin signalling in cerebellum development
Summary
Reelin is a large glycoprotein that acts on the receptors VLDLR and ApoER2 which in turn acts on Dab1 adapter protein to induce downstream cellular changes. Reelin functions in releasing purkinje cells from radial glia after migration and formation of the monolayer of purkinje cells.[1]
