Mesoderm: heart prominence

Head: 1st, 2nd and 3rd pharyngeal arch, forebrain, site of lens placode, site of otic placode, stomodeum

Body: heart, liver, umbilical cord, mesonephric ridge

Limb: upper and lower limb buds, hand plate
