Durch einen Schnitt ist der dorsale Abschnitt des Kopfdarms samt dem Oberkieferfortsatz und dem Hirnrohr entfernt. Es sind also nur die seitlichen und vorderen Enden der Kiemenbogen sichtbar. Während auf der äußeren Seite des Kopfes nur der I. und IL Kiemenbogen entwickelt waren, sind im Innern schon die vier Kiemenbogen angelegt, wenn auch der III. und IV. erst schwach hervortreten. Das Tuberculum impar wird zur Herstellung der Vorder- zunge verwendet, aus der Furcula entsteht der Kehlkopf mit samt der Epiglottis. Die ventrale Wand des Kopfdarms von außen ist in mehreren der vorhergehenden Figuren 350—352 zu sehen.
