FGF Signalling Pathway
Description
Summary of the FGFR signalling pathway. The FGFR signalling pathway is capable of altering DNA expression through the downstream signalling of PI3K, RAS and IP3 pathways. This will stimulate the binding of Elk1 and ATF2 directly to DNA within the nucleus of cells therefore altering gene expression.
