Individual Assessment

A demonstration of this assessment will be given in the practical class. Below in the collapsible table are examples of links from a virtual slide. There is also a permalink help page.

The links shown in the table below are to specific features shown on the Human embryo (stage 22) Liver and Ductus Venosus virtual slide. See also notes on Liver Development

Clicking the text will open the slide at a detailed view with the structure generally located in the centre of the view. The slide then can also be zoomed out from the set magnification using the controls in the upper left or the mouse.

Use your browser back button to return to this table.

You can also make your own selected feature view.
  1. Set the virtual slide to the region and zoom of interest.
  2. Click the Permalink (lower righthand corner).
  3. Then bookmark in your browser, or copy the web address.

Group Assessment

  • The peer assessment process has now been completed.
  • Each project should now have on the Discussion page anonymous peer assessments of the current project page.
  • Your Group should firstly review and compile the peer comments (what are the common positive and negative comments).
  • Allocate members of your group to make changes in specific sections.

Please note that you are not limited to simple correction/changes based upon peer comments, but can now continue to edit and update the project based upon your own requirements.

--Mark Hill (talk) 09:40, 16 October 2015 (AEDT) Group Projects will be locked from the end of next week (Friday 30th October) for Final Assessment.
