Dense mesoderm — black; cloacal membrane — horizontal lines; ventral cloaca and allantois —black dots; liver — circles; blood vessels — interrupted horizontal lines. A = section 1152 at the level of the cranial attachment of body stalk; B = section 1184; 0 = section 1236; between B and 0 is extension of coelom; D = section 1252 at the level of the caudal attachment of stalk; G.t. = section 1408 at the level of the genital tubercle; Kl. = cloacal membrane; P = section 1384 at the level of the pubic condensations.
