Thalidomide affected Infant

Boy aged 18 months, whose mother gave a history of having taken thalidomide during early pregnancy. Note "saddle nose." and haemangioma situated on right cheek. There isa complete absence of left upper limb: on right side he has a rudimentary humerus, absent radius, and two rudimentary digits.
