Ovarian Transposition

Diagram depicts the division of the ovarian ligament and peritoneal incision of the ovary in order to transpose it lateral through the use of laparoscopy. Metal clips attached to the ovary help to ensure that it has been moved out of the vicinity of the radiation site.
