Mouse Respiratory Bronchial Branching
GIF animation based upon individual fluorescent images from different developing mouse lungs.
Mouse whole-mount immunohistochemistry using vimentin to mark mesenchyme (red) and E-cadherin to mark epithelium (cyan, blue) was used to characterize branching morphogenesis.
