Mouse carbon monoxide exposure

Dose responses of maternal/fetal Hb and CO levels to increasing maternal exogenous CO exposure.

  • A - A positive trend was observed with both maternal and fetal blood %COHb vs. CO concentration exposure.
  • B - A positive trend was observed with both maternal and fetal Hb vs. CO concentration exposure (B).

The slope of the line significantly deviated from zero in both cases, A and B (p < 0.05).
