Effect of DMSO on asymmetric cell division in mouse oocytes
(A) At MII stage (arrows), in several DMSO-treated oocytes, observation of abnormal cell division occured. (B) Various concentrations of DMSO was used in the treatment which resulted in large polar bodies formation from which the rates can be seen. (C) Oocytes treated with 3% DSMO from GV and GVBD which formed large PB and the rates of PB extrusion given in the graph.
