Introduction This lecture is an introduction to stem cells and their use in Neuroscience. The key components covered are: historic background, stem cells, blastocyst, pluripotential, developmental stem cells, adult stem cells, therapeutic applications. The lecture slides contain enough information as an introduction to the subject for this level of study.
