Breed Genetics
Genetically distinct subpopulations based on patterns of allele frequencies. Four distinct previously described (Parker HG, etal, 2004) clusters are shown in the 4 coloured circles, which also show breed members of each group.
Breed Variation Dog Breed Morphology
A range of different dog breed morphologies are shown. The coloured boxes indicate the ratio of height at the shoulder to weight of typical males.
