Scanning electron micrograph of the ZP of frozen-thawed feline oocytes
The Zona Pellucida surface differed in morphology.
- in vitro matured oocytes showed a dense outer surface with few fenestrations.
- frozen-thawed immature oocytes fenestrations were conspicuously larger.
The size of the scale bar is 10 μm as shown in figures.
