Imprint defect inheritance in Angelman Syndrome
This family tree of the inheritance pattern of Angelman Syndrome highlights that only the carrier mother can pass on the genetic defect to her children, resulting in Angelman Syndrome. A carrier father with the genetic defect can pass it on to his children as well, but they will be clinically normal.
